Job Title: SAP Basis Lead

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise data strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Lead end-to-end data migration activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
Drive SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) frameworks, data quality standards, and governance processes.
Manage data object scoping, mapping, transformation design, and migration execution.
Oversee mock loads, SIT/UAT data readiness, production cutover, and go-live support.
Collaborate with functional, integration, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure successful migration.
Provide program-level reporting on data readiness, quality KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans.
Lead global onsite-offshore teams and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.

Required Skills

Proven leadership experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Data Migration programs.
Expertise in SAP master data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, BOM).
Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS, Informatica , and ETL tools.
Strong knowledge of SAP MDG , data governance, and data quality management.
Understanding of enterprise data architecture, integration models, and harmonization strategies.
Experience leading large-scale global migration programs using SAFe/Agile methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
