We're seeking a  compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN)to provide exceptional care to our home health & hospice patients who live in  Plymouth, NH and surrounding areas. As a Home Health & Hospice RN, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Utilize your  critical thinking and assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform a range of essential nursing skills.
  
• Work  independently while being a valued member of our collaborative team
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• Required: Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Required: Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle.
• Key Skills: Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to travel throughout the agency's service area.
• Education: Associate's degree or higher in nursing.

Work Environment:

• On the road: Traveling to patient homes within the designated service area.
• Day shift with a rotating weekend and on-call supplemental schedule.

*Agency-paid specialty certification is available after one year of employment and is subject to eligibility criteria. Recipients must commit to a minimum of one additional year of employment with the agency.
