Administrative Assistant / Client Support Coordinator

Location: Folsom, CA (On-site)

Pay: $21-$25/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This position combines administrative support with client-facing responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email. Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and proficiency with Outlook are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to internal teams and management
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience and timely follow-up
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications
• Maintain client records and update information accurately in company systems
• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
• Draft, proofread, and respond to professional email correspondence
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal communications as needed
• Prepare reports, forms, and other business documents
• Monitor and organize Outlook calendars, inboxes, and tasks
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, client support, or office experience
• Strong professional written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence
• Excellent data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

• Account management or client relationship experience
• Experience supporting clients and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Background in administrative support, customer service, or office coordination
• Experience working with CRM, database, or document management systems
